Before you write
brunevo support answers by email, in plain words. Before you write, check the questions on the home page: sixteen of the most common ones are answered there. If your question is about money held at a broker, say which broker, because it holds the money and we do not.
Complaints
Email [email protected]. Tell us what happened, when, and what you would like us to do. We acknowledge every complaint formally within 48 business hours. If it concerns a broker or an account, you may also need to complain to the broker and, where one exists, its ombudsman or dispute scheme.

How to report a fake website or fraud
If you see a site, advert or message that uses our name and is not on brunevo.co.uk and www.brunevo.co.uk, do not pay it or share your details. Send us the address and a screenshot at [email protected]. If you have already paid, contact your bank at once, then report it to Action Fraud in the UK or to the equivalent service in your country.
